Hi Jerry This issue was not reproduced here, so JunGyu went to BMT and checked it. This issue is observed only in the BMT test environment. ( STB and video capture equipment are connected. ) Video capture equipment is image.png but this issue has not been observed in INTEK STB. Please check the contents below. 1) The LED is blue even after wakeup. That is, it is estimated that there is a problem when returning from the low-power mode. 2) The user pressed the RCU power button to wake up the STB, but according to the log, it can be observed as follows. Hi Jerry I received feedback from SKB QA. He did the test 10 times, but the 10th wake-up was OK. However, there was a problem with the video output twice. ( 2 error / 10 try ) Attach a video file. And I asked for a log, The SKB QA team says it is not possible to collect logs. perhaps the USB recognition itself is not working Is there anything else you can review? Hi YK, I check with the log and video you provided. At the time (from 2023-08-02 09:21:46 to 2023-08-02 09:21:56) of the video , i didn't see the cause of the Screen flicking. At present, it seems that is should apper Live TV channel after playing AD. I wonder if Amlogic and Sptek hav any ideas ? Jerry |
